Buyer Consultation - We’ll start by grabbing a coffee, getting to know each other, answering all of your questions about the process, and talking about your wants & needs for your future home.

Pre-Approval - Getting pre-approved early will take a lot of stress out of the home search process. We have amazing lender recommendations to help you get pre-approved!

Home Search - The fun part! We’ll go see as few or as many homes as you’d like. Although, we’re believers that houses can surprise you in person, and it’s worth looking at every house that’s a maybe (especially for first-time buyers!)

Contract to Close - We’ll be here with you through the entire process, continuing with transparency and frequent communication until you walk away with the keys to your home!
