Establish Listing Strategy - Once we’ve had an opportunity to walk your home & fully understand your needs, we’ll work together in establishing a listing strategy. This includes deciding on listing price, timeline, and a comprehensive marketing plan that you are comfortable with.
Preparing for Market - Presentation is everything and we will diligently prepare your home for market. We will have your house professionally cleaned, staged if needed, and photographed.
For Sale - During your listing period, we will aggressively market your house to relevant buyers. Driving interest in your home and increasing the likelihood of multiple offers.
Under Contract - We will present all offers to you in detail, going through the potential risks or opportunities within each offer so that you are confident & comfortable with the accepted offer.
Sold - We are here with you through closing day and will communicate regularly throughout the entire process of selling your home.
